We use your email address to send you updates, news, information from our business partners or sponsors, service-related announcements. You may choose not to receive e-mails of this type by sending your notification to our email and we will process it as soon as we could, though Phone & Photo reserves the right to send you notices about your account even if you opt out of all voluntary email notifications.

At this time we are unable to comply with the EU GDPR. By creating an account, you certify that you are not an EU Citizen or Resident and as such you agree that your information is not subject to the EU GRPR.

Submissions - We store your User profile information, as well as your name, profile photo, and other information you have chosen to display to people in the networks specified in your privacy settings.
